We Make Movies. Alternative Mental Health Education is our subject. We Host Workshops. Inspiration is what we bring to our audience.

EZ Awakenings impacts people across the globe by bringing new ideas, new concepts, and new ways to take the helm in life.

First and foremost, it is important to make the distinction between Mental Illness and Mental Health. Mental Health is the state of your mind's mental functioning. We all have this. We see this state on a spectrum. On one side of the spectrum is a balanced, healthy state of mind. On the other side of the spectrum are various forms of mental illness. Often, the factor that makes the difference is the way in which we live our lives. This is why we at EZ Awakenings approach all subjects ranging from stress in the workplace, interpersonal relationships, the beauties of neuroplasticity, and understanding the ego.

Our goal is to bring you genuine content that can provide the motivation you need to make real life changes, no matter where you fit on that spectrum. We don't always have an answer but we're always searching for a solution!
