Release Resistance/Experience Flow

Examining yourself and discovering the often hidden resistance can allow you to release it so you can allow the flow of life to help take you where you want to go.

  1. Acknowledge the resistance and allow it to be without creating any additional resistance.

  2. Inquire about the resistance: What is your purpose?

  3. Allow expression of the resistance and observe how it creates chaos and turmoil.

  4. Release the chaos and disorder along with the resistance.

  5. Acknowledge the FLOW that remains and experience your natural state.

Whether you resist things that are good for you, things about your body, sensations, things that are difficult, or psychological states, continue to bring the resistance into the light and by releasing it, you will naturally experience your congruence and alignment with the life force and simply FLOW!
